Thanks much to Women in the Life in DC for hosting our 2nd work in progress screening. We traveled down to Busboys & Poets and were met with a very warm and active crowd! The screening room was full to capacity. Justin Credible and Regina Armenta helped us stake out a few seats VERY near some lovely and generous DC citizens.
Angie Head and Jai Brooks performed after the film to much applause. We were extremely excited to meet some like minded folks in the personage of Sheila Alexander-Reid, Founder of Women in the Life, Earl Fowlkes Jr., President/CEO of the International Foundation of Black Prides, and Zack and Michael of The New Gay
